Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure appointments are managed fairly and to allow availability to be offered to other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be changed to an alternative date, subject to availability. If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule, your appointment deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. This is because the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and may not be possible to fill at short notice. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
